1AV8OR: Install and configuring your AV80R to a ZAON PCAS XRX Via RS 232

ONE

Ensure both the AV8OR and the ZAON PCAS XRX are powered and running.

TWO

From the AV8OR MAIN MENU, touch the “Go Fly” soft key and then touch

“OK” soft key. Touch the “MAIN MENU” soft key, then touch the

“Settings” soft key.

THREE

Touch the Device Setup option to highlight, and touch the “SELECT” soft

key to display the Device and Port Setup page.

FOUR

On the Device Setup page, the configuration steps are:

Set the Traffic port to “Serial”.

•

Set the Traffic Type to “ZAON

Traffic”. When finished, the Device

Setup should look like the screen:
